I've been reading a article " I think myself happy" from Joel Osteen- Hope For Today Magazine. It's a great article and I wish I could miraculously change my negative mindset and think myself into a tranquil, happy state of mind when I'm feeling the complete opposite.
Unfortunately It doesn't happen instantly for me; I may have to read it Several more times, meditate on it Several more times but I know that eventually even "I" will think myself happy!
